My son is 3 years old and hates getting his haircut and cries every single time. I am use to taking him to a barber but I figured maybe I try somewhere else and then we met Jo-Ann ! Best experience ever with her! She talked him through everything she was doing and was super nice the entire time. Talking to him and explaining the process to him before she did anything really helped. She was very patient. And when we left and got in the car he said ?mom I like her she was very sweet ? thank you so much Joann for the great experience you made my life a lot easier being so patient with him. We will definitely be returning soon!

Kim is the best! My son and I get our haircuts with her every couple of weeks or so. Very professional and has a great attention to detail. Greatful to have found a barber like her

The check in system is nice so you're not waiting forever. I gave one star because my boys haircuts were messed up. I had to take them to uppercut babershop to get their hair fixed. If you're looking for a basic buzz or trim you may like it but not for skin fade or something like that.
